Reporting a Fault
Roads and Pavements
The Parish Council owns no roads and therefore has no power relating to Highway issues. If you see a fault with the roads or pavements within Haverthwaite parish, such as potholes or damaged road signs, please report these to Cumbria Highways.
Streetlighting
Problems with streetlights within Haverthwaite Parish, should be reported to the Parish Clerk. Please provide the location and light number when doing so as this helps us to identify the streetlight with the fault.
Bus Shelters, Verges and Signs
Haverthwaite Parish Council employs a Lengthsman for clearing roadside drains, to strim at junctions, and clean signs within the Parish. If you wish to ask for the Lengthman’s assistance, please contact the Parish Clerk who will liaise with the Lengthsman regarding your request.
